Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your Vestie Storefront/account and associated data at any time.
- Log in to Vestie with Instagram.
- Click the settings icon in the top-right corner.
- In the
Delete storefrontsection, click the redDelete storebutton. - Confirm deletion by clicking
Delete storeagain in theDelete storefront?popup.
When your Storefront/account is deleted, Vestie deletes active application data associated with it, including your account email address, shop URL, data received from Meta and Instagram, imported posts, captions, cached media, insight counts, Vestie scores, stored Instagram tokens, product data, Storefront data, and Creations generation metadata.
Limited operational logs may exist temporarily as part of normal server/container operation. Hetzner maintains seven daily rotating server backups, so deleted data may remain in a backup until that backup is replaced through the rotation.
Google Gemini may retain submitted prompts, contextual information, uploaded photos, and outputs for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring, service safety, security, and required legal or regulatory disclosures.
If you cannot access your account, contact wojtek@vestie.io and request deletion of your Vestie account. Please include the Instagram username connected to your Vestie account so we can identify it.
We may ask you to verify control of the connected Instagram or Vestie account before deleting data by email.
